The Quincy Lodge of Elks sponsors young women and men as they work to achieve undergraduate college degrees. As chair of the Quincy Elks Scholarship Fund, Bruce oversees the application process and helps match scholarships to students with demonstrated financial need, a passion for learning, and a commitment to the Quincy community.
